We are focused on single-family residential design projects in which the Owner will be working with a qualified General Contractor to manage the construction. The construction cost budgets of our projects tend to be $500,000 and over for renovations and additions and $450 per square foot and over for new construction. Our fee is invoiced on an hourly basis.
